Guatemala Maya keeps its colonies as in Antigua Guatemala. Their traditions and costums, that and much more is what distinguishes it from other countries in Central America.
ItineraryDay 1. Guatemala City. Arrive at Guatemala City International Airport. Transferred to your selected hotel. The remainder of today is free to relax and explore the "Zona Viva" of this capital. 
Day 2. Flores-El Mirador. Take a Flight to Santa Elena. Arriving at the airport you will be welcomed by your English speaking guide and transferred to your hotel in Flores Island. Leave for El Mi rador. This city has the greatest structures of the whole Mayan civilization. The group leaves by helicopter through the vast Mayan biosphere. The group explores the site with a professional guide who will explain about this wonderful city from the Pre-classic period. The group returns in the late afternoon to Flores Island. The rest of the day is free to rest and explore this beautiful island. Day 3. Tikal. 
Leave for Tikal National Park. It takes an hour to drive from Flores to Tikal. Tikal possesses a certain magic... like all puzzles without answers it fascinates everyone and we dare say... Tikal is so irresistible once you are there. Day 4. Tikal. Early in the morning you will enjoy a spectacular encounter with Mayan culture and Natural beauty; the sunrise from the tallest temple of Tikal. Then we have a tour to more interesting sites in Tikal. The rest of the day is free to rest or explore more tikal
From Tikal you take a jungle road to go to the interesting site Uaxactun. This tour will last about half day. In the afternoon you will be coming back to Flores Island. Day 6. Yaxhá. You will visit the outstanding site Yaxhá, from the top of the temples you will have a view of the two lakes on one side and the jungle and thestepped-pyramidson the other. Day 7. Aguateca. Today you will visit what is considered to be among the best preserved ruins in Guatemala Aguateca. On 
the way back to Flores Island you will visit El Ceibal, to reach this site you go by boat, this ride is a one half journey upstream on the river "La Pasión". Day 8. Antigua Guatemala. Today you will take a flight back to Guatemala City and transferred to Antigua Guatemala. The rest of the day is free to explore this spectacular colonial city. Day 9. Guatemala City.
